I bought this while GE had a rebate offer and the price was great. As far as performance, they work fine but no big difference from the stock lights on my Toyota 4Runner.

Not very bright compared to others, such as Sylvania SilverStars. Slightly better than standard halogen bulbs, but not worth the extra money since you won’t notice much difference.

The difference in light is not worth it, and one burned out after a month.

I have run Silverstar lights for 2 years,, and have switched to the GE Nighthawks which is a far better light for night driving in all conditions

I replaced the stock bulbs in my 2002 Chevrolet Trailblazer with these bulbs. There was a noticeable difference. Not incredibly brighter, but bright enough that I feel they were worth the money. These bulbs projected the light further down the road and most importantly they projected cleaner more even light with less “hot spots” that comes from cheaper bulbs with cheap filaments. The only trade off is that they don’t last as long, but I guess everything has a trade off. I like the fact that the bulb is made of clear glass. I would never buy a bulb with a colored coating on the glass. Yes you might get a more “whiter” light or a “blueish” light, but all it’s doing is cutting down on the amount of light that is put on the road. The coating is filtering out “yellowish” light and in return throwing less light on the road. Not for me! Stick to clear bulbs with more efficient filaments if you want more clean light on the road.
